Parade Application

Parade Lineup Guidelines: Check In begins at 9:15am to 9:45am - At Patrick Elementary School 1500 2nd Ave. at the check-in table at the end of the school’s curved driveway. You will be given a line up number for your order in the Parade lineup. Place number card in the driver’s side window. For the parade to run smoothly please follow the directions of the Event Staff and line your vehicle or marchers in order in preparation for the start on time at 10:00am.

Please stay to the right of the line up lane so other entries can pass to get in lineup

It is important to be in the right order so the Parade Announcer can announce your entry. Thank you.

Suggested Entry Donation is $10 to help defray insurance coverage.

ENTRY FORM DEADLINE SUBMISSION IS JUNE 2, 2026

You must complete and submit a Parade Entry Form to be in the Parade.

Entry Options:

  1. You may use the “Download Parade Entry Form” button to download a PDF entry form, print it, fill it out and mail is via US Post Office. In this case include a check with your entry for the Entry Fee made out to “Can-DO”. Mail your entry form to Lori Hettman at 2048 Lampman Rd., Gold Hill, OR 97525.
