Welcome to the celebration of Gold Hill’s Gold Dust Day Heritage Celebration

Please Note - There will be only ONE entrance at 2nd Avenue and Dardanelles Street between the Gold Hill Gas Station and the Gold Hill Library (at the 4-way intersection) to access your booth space along 2nd ave. Please respect this request, it will allow vendor traffic to flow much easier as you arrive and check in. Thank you! ……….. Food vendors may have some alternative access.

Check-In - begins at 7:00 am. A Vendor space location person will be available to help vendors. Once you locate your booth space, unload quickly so vehicle congestion is limited. Vendor parking will be inside Sweed Machinery gates for convenience. If someone in your booth will need to leave earlier than 2:00pm, please have them park outside the street fair area. There is parking space off of Gustaf. Library parking lot will Not be available. NO parking on Estremado, except for food vendor spots.

All vehicles MUST be off 2nd Ave and Estremado St. by 8:30 am to the vendor parking areas. Be ready to open at 9:00 am.

Parade - begins at 10:00 am at Patrick Elementary School and travels along 2nd Ave through the middle of the booths. People gathering for the Parade will arrive early to get good viewing seating and early shopping. Other entertainment will be happening throughout the day.

Take Down and Clean Up - Booths may begin packing up at 2:00 pm. No loading until 3pm.

ABSOLUTELY NO VEHICLES ON STREET UNTIL 3:00 pm.

THIS IS A PUBLIC SAFETY REQUIREMENT

There may still be shoppers wandering the street fair until 3:00pm. Thank you.

Your space should be cleaned up by 4:00pm. Street barricades are removed at 4:00 pm! At this point regular traffic will be allowed onto 2nd Ave. The sponsors will NOT be held responsible if your space is not packed up by barricade removal time. You are also responsible for your own trash removal, please help keep our city clean.

Restrooms/Porta-Potty locations - Stations at left side of Gold Hill Family Dentistry (2nd and Estremado) 1 station by the park and Library parking, Library when open and Willy’s Burger’s Porta-Potty available to the public on 2nd Ave. at Fredenburg.

——> All food operators must have a valid Jackson County Health Permit <——

Your eligibility will be verified with the county prior to the event. Please provide your own trash container and staff hand washing area.

We would appreciate it if you would allow our Blue Bag cans/bottles recycling containers by your area for collection of recycling. Thank you

➻➻ The Gold Hill Community Development Organization (Can-DO) reserves the right to refuse booth space or ask vendor to leave event if determined inappropriate. All vendors must pay in advance.

Submission of completed Vendor Application with product approval and receipt of booth fee will confirm your participation in the Gold Dust Day Heritage Celebration on Saturday, June 6, 2026.

Vendor Application

Booth Space size will be 10’ by 10’ with 5’ between booths for expanded display frontage. Please do not fill the extra space with your product. Provide your own canopy for shade. Set up begins at 7:00am; breakdown 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Road reopens at 4:00pm.

NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ON STREET FOR LOADING UNTIL 3:00PM. THIS IS A PUBLIC SAFETY REQUIREMENT

2026 Booth Space Fees:

  • Vendor booth space fee: $35.00 (if pay through Can-DO website the vendor booth fee is $40)

  • Food Truck space fee: $45.00 (if pay through Can-DO website the Food Truck fee is $50)

    There is very limited access to electricity if you are not a food booth. You will need your own extension cord and tape to secure it to sidewalk.

    There will be 5 feet between booths for expanded display frontage. Please do not fill the extra space with your product.

    Please provide your own canopy for shade
